Finned heat exchanger

Fin radiator is the most widely used heat exchanger equipment in gas and liquid heat exchanger. It is used to enhance heat transfer by adding fins on ordinary base tubes. The material of base pipe can be steel pipe,stainless steel pipe, copper  pipe, etc. also the material of fin can be the same of the base pipe and so on.
Finned heat exchanger is the main equipment in hot air unit mainly used for air heating in drying system. The heat medium used by the radiator can be steam or  hot water also can be heat conduction oil. The working pressure of steam is generally not more than 0.8mpa and the temperature of hot air is below 150oC.
Large heat transfer area per unit length,large capacity of heat ransmission,sturdy construction, SG bimetal series liner can be selected according to the requirements of the user to select the tube medium,free to choose carbon steel, stainless steel ,copper,titanium and other materials of the pipe.
DGL,DGT series single metal rolled sheet tube has no contact thermal resistance, good heat transfer performance,high strength ,heat resistance to shock and mechanical vibration and good thermal expansion performance . This series is and excellent material for making medium and low temperature hot tube shells.
