At present, we produce hot-pressing pulleys (from dia. 280 mm up to dia.1800 mm).Our pulley products are widely used in various applications, such as crane loading and floating gantry, as well as various sectors such as metallurgical and chemical industries, mining machineries and construction installation engineering, etc.
Casting steel pulley features:
1. High quality cast steel pulley Large range of size available : Φ150mm~Φ2500mm
2. High quality cast steel pulley Material : Q345B; Q345D ;Q345E;45 (S45C) ; 60 ; 65Mn (SSW-QR1); 42CrMo ; and so on or according clients request for pulley.
3. High quality cast steel pulley groove.
a. High quality cast steel pulley groove profiles : according client request and manufacture by CNC .
b. High quality cast steel pulley groove heat treatment by intermediate frequency quenching , hardness deep around ≥2.5mm
c. High quality cast steel pulley groove MT test after heat treatment
4.Inspection:all items are checked and tested thoroughly during every working procedure and after the product is finally manufactured to ensure that best quality product goes out in the market.
